Did I get a good deal? Can I get any gun for it? I have only done about 10 minutes of welding on a POS harbor freight mig. What else should I look at getting other than the obvious gloves, gun, and mask. I have plenty of 1/0 left from my big 3 stuff to make a good ground.

I know I'm gonna need Flux core wire. I just have no clue what diameter is good for just simple and small stuff, same for tip size. I need to do some research

Most of lincolns stuff is pretty solid. Guns are pretty easy to find and pretty much universal as far as I know, I'd do some research on that first. Make sure you have a fat ground clamp, cuz bad ground = bad weld. Auto darkening masks are your best friend, Kobalt makes a super nice mig glove for a decent price, and make sure you get decent wire and gas for it. Other than that I'd say you're good to go

Thanks I don't think the machine has gas capability as it is now but I know they sell conversion kits. I'll just stick to Flux core until I learn some basic stuff.

I think that much lift would call for 37s

Would definitely look better on 37s. A couple guys on the other forum are running 4 inch suspension plus a 3 inch body lift with 35s and its not to bad. Still looks decent. I would eventually get 37s and 20s
