I couldn't afford the 4 foot slides I would have like to use, so I designed a different way to roll them out.

I got four of these wheels

Put two on the front lip upside down, and two on the back of the slide rightside up.

    Similar to this.

I can take a better pic if you'd like. It was way simpler than 90% of the builds I saw online.

Way to go, def need some thing for my F250, getting to old to jump in there.
Mine would be shorter with the 50 gal fuel tank against the bed head.

Got a crutchfield double din kit in yesterday. Can't wait to get the oem radio out and my pioneer in.
Also measured the rear fenders. Only 37" from the ground, big difference from the green truck that was at 42"

Installed them last night. Had to extend the relay harness and am waiting on the new igniter. But good to go otherwise. Looks oem+ which is what I wanted.

Bottom two are showing the switchback turn and demon eyes.

Kept the old one from the other truck. Pioneer AVH-3200BT. Had to order a new wiring harness, they changed it just enough from 07 to 10 that it didn't work.
