Does anyone know if the remote start plug n play kit from 2011-2014 f150s will work on a 2021? I get that the fobs are diffent styles, so I would need the switchblade key with a 2x button. I was able to add oem remote start to my 2014 edge by adding the tpms anteena, programing a key with a 2x button, and enabling in forscan. My brother has spotty cell coverage so using Ford pass is intermittently successful. Thoughts? Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

Bought OBDLink MX - bluetooth, came with TORQ app. Laptop is my way to get in, so much easier. All I had to do on wife's 2013 Explorer PIU was add hood pin and Edit 2 lines of the codes, program two 5 button fobs I bought on fleabay. Not sure what is available for the 2021 F-150. Check the FORScan Forums though.

Ford is 'redonkulous' now for Rotunda Service and some of the Techs don't know their butt from a yellow jacket's nest in the ground. Licensing it is over $900 a year and cable for your laptop is $100+ No wonder the Russ-skis hacked into modules and sent it out as freeware.
The pic on 'Jungle' tap in cable for harness in steering column and brain box. I used to do these in the VATS and PATS days with DEI key boxes under the dash. Long gone are those. Digital encoder boxes now.

Not so bad. I had Electronics Training and ran 20K units at a Chassis Upfitter from '95 to 2000. Could make the older quad relay system to run off older alarm systems for window controls from remote key fobs. Time consuming, but it worked.
