holy smokes what a nightmare. So my 04 daily needed the timing chain done very badly and the torque converter was so bad you would think the trans was gonna fall out. so i get a new converter and i found a kit with all ford parts for the timing chains, guides, phasers, water pump oil pump etc. a buddy of ine did the work at his house and as soon as he started..the terrible flood in kerrville on the 4th of july happened and he lived by the river. long story short he finally does it and then i have issues with the passenger side cam position sensor..then the drivers side vvt solenoid and so on. oh he also put new plugs in and thank baby jesus they all came out fine. i was having driving issues where it would shake if i went anything over baby throttle. everyone said it was the timing being off...but after a set of 300 dollar coils, i think we are finally ok. what a nightmare. 3200 into it...it better last another 200+ miles or atleast till im dead haha. ill post some pics
