    no they are not painted they are only primer on them
    ^^^
    and yes i am going to paint them to match

    And the sneak peek continues:

    Same friend who gave me a good deal on the Flares will give me (free of charge) his bumper including the fog lights with HIDs and street scene bumper cover when he gets his new winch ready bumper installed.

    I'll remove the vinyl wrap and paint the bumper cover to match the trucks paint.
