This is definitely somethin to look into, but through 3 sets of balanced tires and rotating the tires... it calms down and is under control by lowering the front it seems less likley the more I think about it...

Twin, let me know if ya find something, mine is only when I hit a bump just right it seems it occurs most when going between 45-50 but can happen anywhere after 35, if you have a constant at 50 then Dustin's idea sounds most likley your cause

well mine are bias ply...are yours?? my tires are never balanced so i have air soft pellets in each tire to "balance" it out that and the guy that had the tires before me didnt take care of em...i think ive got em "flattened" out now...but imma look into tie rod ends and what not cause ive replaced all my ball joints and pitman arm i believe but i was also told it might because my trucks not aligned all the way...the dude that aligned it *****d cause i dont have a camber kit for my truck...thought it didnt need it so either a. im wrong or b. hes a dumbass but when i crank my tbars after slappin on my aal's its def. gettin aligned so well see how she does then but ill take a gander tom. and let ya know if i find anything

I don't have a camber kit and niether does 99green! He's lucky... yes mine are bias ply but my 33s were not... check your idler arm, the best wat to do it was suggested to me by Abe and that's to pull it off an see if the ball swivels or if the body moves, mine was bad... for the rod ends have someone shake your wheel and watch em for movement put a feel on em too but don't get pinched!!!!

Also my trucks been aligned by the best guy around supposedly, he's highly recommended by anyone you talk to around here and there's a bunch of shops that do it... as for balancing it was done by a guy that only works on big trucks and Jeeps, he owns the only 4x4 shop around and he knows what he's doin and is also friends with my dads friend and many of my friends so I believe him when he said he zeroed em out but who knows, I wasn't watching haha

So today I gave er another shake down and the only thing I found was the Idler arm I just replaced just bareley over a month ago had some deflection in it... So I went and got a Moog Idler and NOPE still shakin just as bad and the new idler will go bad in no time if it keeps shakin!!

I checked the pitman when I had the Idler off and the ball was fine, I pryed against the pitman mount every which way, as well as shook the steering wheel on and off the ground running and not running, the steering box is tight... what the hell else!!!

Here's some vids of my test ride after replacin the idler I purposely went down this road cuz it's fairly bumpy and forces the truck to go wild Oh and pardon my language, You're gonna need volume to hear the shake

This one here I stuck my phone out the window, Its hard to see cuz the phone can't keep up with the fast movement of the tires floppin back and forth. you can hear the truck still wobbleing when I pull it back in
Turn the volume down! wind noise
