Custom Headliner

    I did this on my 94 Escort.
    Pic 1 -striped the old headliner out and cleaned up the backer
    Pic 2 -I used 1'' thick foam and traced out my design (you could do anything)
    Pic 3 -Used a razor blade to cut the flames out. I cut the foam at angle to make a smoother look. Then sprayed adhesive to glue the foam to the backer.
    Pic 4 -Used 3m super 77 spray adhesive then layed the suede over the whole thing

    looks sweet dude...and I like that idea with the ford oval, plus my headliner is starting to sag

    ^^i think that would be cool in a reg cab. big emblem that takes up most of the headliner
