here we go figured it out

 

I found the spider gear kit if i can make it work...( http://www.ringpinion.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProdID=2020 )I want to do it as cheap as possible,but at the same time do it right. after the lift,tires and rims my pockets are drained... hoping I can get away with just a bearing kit and spider gears . I'm a rookie tho so let me in on your thoughts

 

if the ring and pinion are still good i would go with a ford racing posi from summit.

If the ring and pinion is fine you can just get away with that....but like Tater said a posi unit would be cool to.....

 

You can replace the spider gears without messing with anything else, remove calipers, and that 10mm bolt that goes through the centerpin, slip the pin out, push axles in, remove the "horse shoe" retainers and pull the axles out 5", remove driveshaft off the hub push one axle back in an turn it slowly and mind the washers that come out with the spider gears they'll fall right out, it'll be a bit of a puzzle getting em back in but that's the easiest, cheapest way to do it

 

And needless to say block the front tired front and back of its not on a lift! Haha or put it in 4x and make sure its in park you don't want the truck falling on ya if it decides to roll while you're wrenching on it
