yeah same as everyone else, glad she is ok and the truck is repairable. life is precious steel and plastic can be replaced. good luck on the repairs and thank God she wasn't hurt!
Sucks to hear, I don't know why some cops seem to act like that. Glad that she did not get any tickets, but regardless she would have gotten out of the reckless driving, its pretty hard to prove that she was driving recklessly on purpose. The cop also cannot keep you from taking pictures of your truck, it never stops being your truck. I can keep you from righting it and driving it off because of his investigation, but if he had told me I couldn't take pics I would have laughed at him. Glad your girl is ok!
Don't know what MS is like but in ohio its always wreckless driving or failure to control your vehicle. The only way to get away with something like that is if you can prove it was black ice. Glad everyone is ok though.
Glad ur girl is ok. I would report the officer. He cannot stop you from taking pictures of your property.
