A lot. I don't know enough to elaborate, but I have researched it myself and there is a lot of stuff to deal with.
what kind of blower is it? centrifugal supercharger or root style? my vortech is a centrifugal blower, so i had to put on the mounting bracket..tap into the pan to run my oil in/out lines. other than that it wasnt too bad
i would think that it would be similar in doing a L swap on a 5.4. you would need the intake manifold, custom tune, injectors, heat exchanger, and alot of other things to make it work.
