as long as you have the electric fan and other stuff with them its not a bad deal...

if these have a warrinty then i would get those for the extra 20 bucks or so...warrantys make up for cheaper parts....

 

doesnt look like either come with a warrienty

 

id still go with the 169...atleast you know what your getting that way...
