My 3rd brake light comes on also.

And did you know, if your autolamps are on when you lock your truck, your turn signals and fogs flash? So if you have HID fogs, don't leave the autolamps on!

I never really noticed my 3rd brake light coming on. And good point about the autolamps. I never used that setting.

Some of the info came straight from the manual, yes........but it's common courtesy to ask or at least give credit if you take someone else's post. FYI I would have said 'yeah, no problem'.

Got mine to turn off finally. It was completely by accident but I was disabling my DRL's because they flash the HIDs a bunch too when starting, when I did this my perimeter lights no longer come on. It also doesn't honk anymore.
