    shouldnt be clogged up...it was workin fine till the core went out

    the door??? if so it the size of core..it pops on it

    ok the blend door actuator is gone and therre is another blend door near the middle of the cab of the truck and its on the front of the box that is not opening when you switch to heat. that is why you cant get heat to the vents

    earlier i was turnin it back and forth to heat and he was watchin the one thats in middle of truck and he said it was movin..
