A co-worker of mine gave me a set of adapters that will give my '98 a bolt pattern of 5 x 5.5 like the older trucks. They are 2" thick and seem to be well made. He bought them for his truck but got a surprise from his wife in the form of a '08 F250 4x4. So he no longer needed these.
Going to borrow a set of 15 x 10's to see if they will rub on the brakes. With the 2" offset they may not. If this works a whole new set of possibilities has been opened in wheel selections.

Had to sell the adapters. With no insurance as of yet and my wife needing blood pressure meds. I sold the adapters to get the mecessary funds. the guy I sold them to has a '01 Super Crew and has promised to send me some pics when he trys them out.
