So i'm looking at a 3" BL on ebay i've put a bid on and in the notes section of the description, i just noticed that it says
    "Notes:
Rear bumper relocation system is for appearance only. The rear bumper cannot be used for towing after installation"

so.....after i put this on, i can't pull anything? Cuz i don't have the hitch reciever like every other truck, i still got the bumper ball mount

Is this the same with any/all BL's of just this one? the brand is "Zone"

Just my opinion but I would look into just leveling kit with a little bit bigger tires. Just don't like the crap that goes along with a BL...

Yea, i got a leveling kit already, the 1.5", and i can't run 33's comfortably so i wanted a little more lift so everything will sit right. I just really don't feel like dropping upwards of $500 for a spindle kit for only 3.5" when $200 can get a full 3" of lift. With the spindle i gotta buy new shocks, another $80, blocks, new U bolts, and get it re-aligned. Thats the only reason i've been so keen on the BL's. I'd 10 times rather have a suspension lift but for a old 2wd longbed, i feel kinda dumb pouring that kinda money in her lol.

Yeah I hear you. I just hate BL's. I'd leave it myself. Think I'm going to keep my truck too! LOL!

WOO!!!!!!! Good deal man, you really do got a nice truck. Its easy to kinda get complacent with something you've had a while, but when you stand back and look, she aint that bad hahaha. I know thats how i was after driving that dodge for a while

you better keep the truck david, haha, i got its twin sittin outside, to OP, the mounts to raise the rear bumper up, are weaker. If you dont want to invest in a reciever, you could probably just leave the bumper where it is, and deal with the gap.

If you have the hitch ball on the bumper then you won't be able to tow. Since the bumper is relocated higher its not as sturdy I believe. I know PA Body lifts say the say thing.
