4Hi I've gone 55 no problems. 4Lo I only use to get out of a spot if I'm having a hard time. But I pry wouldn't go over 15mph in 4Lo

I've done 80 in 4 hi. 4 low builds up rpms and shifts later. If you want to go Mudding then 4 low is what you use. 4 hi is for pulling a trailer at higher speeds and 4 low is for pulling a huge load at low speeds

4 low is for hard pulling from a stop i wouldn't even try to go over 15 with it and you have to be in neutral to get in and out of it.
4 high is for everything else and my dad has always told me to put it in under like 25 mph but i've done it around like 50 and just make sure i don't have any wheel slip and let off the gas to drop the rmps

dont go over 45 in 4 hi, everythings not a raptor

use 4 hi for pulling stuff on sand, wet grass, or general trail riding,

4 lo is a lower gear in the transfercase. its for times when you need all the traction of 4 hi but no wheel spin, like a boat ramp, or starting off a trailer
