tired of the squeal

    so everytime it rains and every morning i start it the belt will squeal for a good 15 seconds and it'll stop but its driving me crazy. would changing it fix this problem? what's a good belt to buy

    ughhhhhhhhhh mine does the same thing but mine keeps on squealin...u can rev it up a few times and it will stop tho...im tired of it..i have changed the waterpump idler pulley and have had two new belts on it...wat should i do??

    Mine was the same way, I replaced the Gates belt with a Gates belt and it still squealed. It was REAL bad in the Winter. Replaced the almost new Gates with a Goodyear Gatorback and haven't squealed since dude. :peace:

    yeah i got a cheap $20 autozone belt i'm pretty sure its not a gatorback i'll be sure to get one
