3 Ton bottleneck jack stands

So i saw the bottleneck jaskstands i want for my truck.However tho,there only rated for tons.I want to buy two of them.Question is,think i would fine even tho I'm over the weight limit?Or they wouldn't work to even get my truck off the ground?There on sale for only $31.00 from Tractor supply store.Down from $55.00

 

worth a try and your weight will be distributed between them so id prolly go for it

 

Ya thats what i was thinking.But never know.N i don't want to spend the money if it wont lift my truck.I could try it,but never know if i brake the internal rings to where it starts spiting out hydraulic fluid.The guess what,I'm out $63.00 cause then i wont be able to take it back without some hassle,lol.

is this what you are talking about? I dont see why it wouldn't pick you truck up, the way i am reading it is that each on will hold 3 tons, with that you will be able to lift and hold 6 tons if you are using 2 of them and i seriously doubt your truck wieghs more to 12000 LBS.

Yes those are what i am talking about.Ya i'm going to go buy two of them then.Just wanted to get ppl's opinions.Also buying 2 of these will be allot cheaper than 4 ton jackstands and a high profile 4 ton jack.
