Finally got rid of the old explorer last time I was in Memphis. [IMG] [IMG]
I dunno man, the explorer is now a front wheel drive primary, as is the honda ridgeline, so there are others out there.
Even though its not going to be a reality, at least not now, I don't consider it a real truck if it's front wheel drive. That front end look...
So like the S-10 vs the 1500? Or the Ranger vs the F-150? (Or the Courier vs the F-100) Or the Dakota vs the 1500 Ram? Seems to me that...
I can't get into the stacked headlights. I don't like the 11+ either. Personally, I like the work model 99-04 trucks, especially with the dull...
hey now. 92-96 is one of the best looking ford trucks ever made.
Man that does seem low. We have a 2011 F-450 at work with that engine, FX-4 package and 4.30 gears. Pulling a 12k 44ft triple axle enclosed...
08-10=:puke: Go 05-07 much cleaner look.
1982-91 Ford shift knob FTW
parking brake cable. The clutch hydraulic line looks something like a cable.
check the starter, the stick and auto trucks use different ones, and it may be hitting the flywheel if they stuck an auto starter in there.
man I never luck out with something easy to fix.
its a hydraulic clutch. The slave cyl is in the bellhousing around the input shaft. Ford went to all hydro clutches on their trucks in 84 I believe.
can't be the clutch fork, that truck doesn't have one. It uses a concentric slave cyl.
9" I'm almost positive has 3.50, not 3.55. Most of the older ford stuff used that ratio.
Man I forgot how easy it is to do topside engine work on these things. [IMG] That hood opens WAAAAYY up.
Holy positive pinion angle batman. Look at how far hes got that axle clocked. I bet he changes u-joints at least once a month.
yeah. I concur. Kona Blue is an awesome color. If I were to buy a new one, that would be the color I chose. We almost bought this kona blue 2010...
what're the specs on it? I came around here after you had gotten rid of it.
