Your gears do sound stock going by ur rpms. As far as your mpg's i dont know, the 5.4 250's got 12-13 at their best in the city in stock form so...
I wanted to regear it bad and did indepth research into the project but it was going to be very exspensive and I never got motivated enough to do...
Only a HYPERTECH tune and a K&N air filter, it ran hard but the truck needed a regear somthing terrible with the 37" meats. It wouldnt hold high...
