my buddy ran 32s with offset rims stock on a 02 fx4 ranger no rubbing so 33s should fit no problem. might rub on frame tho with stock rims
box sides are easy you just cut with a die grinder your box about 2in from the top and bolt the fiberglass fenders on the inside lip
