Walls may look good and measurement may be decent but it's still gonna be a slight oval the way he piston runs up and down with side forces.....
.020 overbore is standard for a modular I'd have it bored no matter what that way the cyl's are round and true again.. Engine will last MUCH...
I dot use the rear tank and I know there is a valve that can go bad allowing the fuel from the front tank to be pumped to the rear tank.. Mines...
