What does it mean when there's brown/burnt looking spots on the edge of the cam lobes? There only one spot per cam lobe.

What I meant to say is that 8.5 wide rim is too wide for a 235/75/15.

Correction These are not 15x10 wheels. There 15x8.5 wheels.
Do the newer brake drums still have the weights them or is that something old school that no longer exists?
