Now that pictures are uploading, here's 1 fancy ass tool I needed for the repair. Aligns the crank 100%, worth the money, saved a bunch of time....
You can see the chain was rubbing on both the crank signal wheel and the timing chain cover. Both tensioners were leaking, the seals blew out....

Has begun! Got the valve covers off along with all pullies before work. Passenger side timing chain is loose as hell, all kinds of slack in it....
The Ford kit includes all new phasers, chains, guides, tensioners and appropriate seals and gaskets. Everything will be brand new, no lock outs....
Cams should be here tomorrow. Also had to order a couple Ford specific OTC tools for the job, cost me another $200 and an oil pump, another $100....
