I used duplicolor and it works great. But whatever you choose, just prep the surface really well so that the bedliner will stick hard and last longer.
Bilstein for me. I've heard good things about the OME but not sure if they have one now for the F150's.

Sounds like a good plan. Plastidip is popular nowadays and an inexpensive way to paint wheels and bumpers as well.
I'm more than happy with the sound of Magnaflow.

With CAI, expect to gain 0-10hp max increase. If you want to really want to see improvement, you need a good exhaust and headers.
There are mufflers on ebay that is within your budget. But I don't recommend those cheap mufflers because the sound is raspy. I already...
