you could plasti dip them to see if thats the color you want... then paint them if thats the color you really want.
Is that crank forged? I know some year models came with forged and some came with cast.

I believe the rocky mountain and Wildpeaks are the same. Should be a good rubber for a DD.

I would just straight up paint them. more than likely the tire shop will F up the rim paint job, so probably best to paint after you get tires...
