Ok. From what I read the oil pump causes the noise because its not working right, so should I just replace pump or rebuild whole trans?
And the noise is back for now. I will research problems that sound the same with the 4r70w. Any other ideas

Can you help me identify it? I looked up the pan bolt pattern an it is of a aod and not a e4od. Maybe just a standard aod?
It's 2wd and has the bolt pattern of a aod
Correction- aode transmission. What I've read is maybe a oil pump going bad. Any thoughts

Mostly because my uncle and I did the job and not the other guy.
This side came out better for sure [IMG] Ready for some epoxy to fill it and seal then bondo time
