That's what bhp is, at the crank. Not trying to be a jerk but call fordstrokers, 425-450 is really what the average 347 pulls
I kinda doubt your getting 400 bhp, a 347 stroker with a bunch work only makes 425hp
04+ don't have the same spark plug issues as the 97-03. The spark plugs in the 04+ were a 2 piece design so when changing the plugs sometimes try...
Our trucks are actually very similar except the cab size and a few years, and color but like te same stuf is painted on both, black rims, hids, 6"...

Thanks man, yea well i had been away for over a month on vacation an business so that slowed things down but I'm speeding back up again
Engine bay painted ( 2 coats epoxy primer, 2 coats primer sealer, 3 coats 2k single stage satin black), suspension and steering is ready to go on...
Just remember to count the contigincy that new springs can sit high or low, it'll be hard to get an exact till they're on the truck
