Ya that is true. I know in previous cases of setting off p0171 and p0172 the problem was a vacuum leak but this sounds like injectors
Check for a vacuum leak anywhere in your system too. That could cause the codes and you might find a leak in your ststem
Also with injectors being stuck open, there is a chance your cats could be toast

Oh and when you replace plugs you should replace the coil packs as well
Check your injectors like he said. It's a common problem that they get stuck open or closed which would cause a rough idle and the truck to die....
