i used throttle body cleaner. It doesnt mess up the paint and it gels up the tape then you let it set for a bit then you can rub it off easy.

no it doesnt. It makes a little turbo whistle sound when it shifts. my gas door makes a grunting sound and it annoys the F*** out of me
