Im gonna agree with what i've seen above... 4HI no faster than 45, I think its even in the manual 4LO I would just keep the rpms at a reasonable...

Multiply miles by 1.3 then figure it. You'll get a more acurate mpg since speedometer is off

The lift on Rickys truck moved the front axle forward about 1 - 2 inches. Its a 8.5" lift though. A 6" lift may not affect anything. I can ask one...
