no they wont. im running 9" of lift
im running 37s and on a good day i get 11. hopefully after the gear install i will get around 15 or 16
mpg will be affected mainly by what tires you decide to run
you'll be disappointed if you go with the 4", just go with the 6". 2" does matter haha
