T-Fiddle has a point too Dustin. I had to replace my Napa DPFE sensor less then 6 months later, replaced it with a Motorcraft and (knock on wood)...

The DPFE sensor. I'm betting it's that EGR valve dude. Mine clogged up and my truck ran like shat until I replaced it.
