Just shorten your stock antenna. That's what I did. All you need is about 15 minutes of time and a Dremel.
You could fix the front leak yourself. It's not hard to reseal it. It shouldnt cost more than 15 bux. Window urethane and tape it all you need.
That looks like a nightmare under the hood. I agree, something sounds fishy. He had the time to do all that but not 2 hours for intake gaskets....

I always suggest the add a fuse or a seperate fuse box for all the accessories.
You or someone you know couldn't fix the rotting part of the hood?? It would take some time but its well worth it.
