If your truck never sees a WOT shift, then I would leave them be. I mean you could adjust it, go drive, and if you dont like it then set it back.
I would bet that the WOT shift numbers mean you increase them by 100, 200, 300 rpms or decrease them -100, -200, -300 rpms.

u should be able to bump the timing, rev limiter, shift points, tire size, and play with the fuel curves also. I know I could on the diablo.
