ohhh I forgot they changed the transfer case. The front driveshaft output can't be a slip yoke, otherwise you have to replace the whole transfer case.
Vano, I was watching xtreme 4x4 yesterday and they did a Full SAS swap with a Dana 60 out of a late 80's model F350 It had the 4.10 gears in it...

I doubt it can a direct swap. You may look at a Dana44 although that maybe lighter than what you were wanting
