I use Mobil 1 10w20 in the Altima and my truck. I also use Mobil 1 or Bosch filters, depending on which one is in stock.
You can go with any factory sized shock if you only plan on just dropping the back with the 2" shackles. Possibly a Bilstein shock for a quality...
