ok, the fuse that keeps popping. is it the fuse that gives power to the switch or power to the lights. you should have 2 inline fuses wired in....

the reason i ask this is because you said you replaced the switch before. did you change it because it was blowing a fuse?
is this the wire that gives power to the lights themself or is it the power wire for the switch.(that is if you have an LED switch)

lol they should be somewhere between 14-18 AWG wire. its got a good ground and everything?
