Well after trying everything i couldnt figure it out...i have a feeling its the injectors sticking.. Took it to ford this morning and we'll see...
I was on here alot during the proccess and read about that tool, i think that would have gotten them off, but who knows we had trouble pulling one...

So i did the dreaded spark plug change on my 05 f150.. Half the plugs broke so i took the heads off n decided to get the heads reaurfaced......
