    could have ran a 285 but that was another 300 i didnt have.

    ahh gottya, cuz i've been looking at the combo of the 3.5" spindle lift and 2" rough country springs. I only wanna run 33's, no bigger since i got the 3.55 gears. did you replace your shocks when you did it?

    I got mine the day after my 16th: a day i cannot forget 03/04/05 my brother got his on 02/02/02

    yes shocks had to be replaced in the rear with to accomidate the 4in block. the front no because they could handle 0-2" of lift. the spindle doesnt affect anything, they just move where the wheel mounts to the vehicle down 3.5"

    Awesome....well ok, that still means i gotta buy 2 lol, i was just concerned about the front. Didn't think about the rear. But that makes sense. Thanks bud.

    Wow thats pretty sweet. Not gonna swap your thread into a memory lane rant, but thats cool you got it so young. Me and 6 other guys started scouts way on back when we were 6 years old, and all of us got our eagle scout within a year of each other. And yea, i'll never forget it either :peace:
