    Im getting hooked up with a vortech system. ill be putting in forged pistons, rods, crank, new cams and maybe some other stuff. lookin to make ~400ish hp from it all. my tranny is built to hold 600hp so its fine. this fall...hoping i get the internship (pays bout $15-20/25 an hour) or maybe sooner ill also throw in the 4.56 gears with a Detroit True trac at the same time. all tuned to specs and it will be a DD as well as a torque monster to turn my 35s. any questions?

    hahaha sure. gonna cost ya a pretty penny too. id say bout 2k. just take it slow. the s/c is the hard part. getting a good one for a good price is keen. i did a lot of research on what i wanted and decided how complex i wanted to go. this will be as far as i push the stock block. if i still want to go faster...ill get a real raptor and blow it.

    if and when i gotta rebuild the motor in my truck, I plan on going the built way. built trans and motor

    ......and throw on a whipple...hell whipple AND a turbo!!! PSE s/c's out in cali put 2 twin srew blowers on an L...i could burn out just a tad above idle i bet.
