its a lil more than swapping brackets. the bumper mounts to the bracket differently as well. i had a problem when I purchased an 05 painted rear for my truck not realizing the frame brackets were flipped from inside to outside. i actually have to pieces of flat steel running the length from one bracket to the other on the bumper, and then i drilled out the correct location for the frame bracket and mounted up w/ some steel bolts/nuts. lined up perfect. i believe the front would be trickier as the frame horn would be in the way of doing what i did. you could always just hack your bumper up for the square fog and just get the assembly from tasca/rockauto
