My check engine light came on and these were the codes that popped up: P0316 P0302 P0174 I know that p0302 is cylinder 2 misfire but I need help with the other two and what I could do to fix these problems. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
P0316 is crankshaft position sensor probably telling you that you have a misfire upon start up, it's doing its job. Fix the misfire (plug, cop, or injector) and If p0316 doesn't go away with p0302, change your CPS. P0174 is lean bank 2, could be the culprit to your misfire. I would try cleaning the MAF sensor first, and swapping the coil and plug on cylinder 2 for starters. If that doesn't fix it than it's probably a vacuum or intake leak. x2. Clean the MAF and throttle body. Change the plug and COP on cylinder 2 (it's easy to reach) You can also just change the COP from #1 to #2 and see if the misfire follows. That would prove that its the COP and not something else.
