5 or 6 IMO. 8k certainly looks good. But I've found them to be much duller even than 6k. If I do end up getting hids for my headlights again (kinda unlikely at this point) then I'll probably go to something like a 5k. Hids are so problematic though I'm kinda over them. I sure do love them when they work though.

5k for best light output , get 6k if you want a little blue.. 8k is for ricers.

Get Retrofits if you're serious about light and are keeping the truck for a while. It's well worth every cent

I'd do retrofits if I could slow down long enough to actually do them myself. Just won't have time for a while, if someone wants to do them for me and I'll just pay it lol

its gonna be some time for me to actually buy it and do the whole thing, I am just wanting to know which hid kit to get, yes retrofit's looks nice but I think I don't have the time or patience to actually do them myself

I did mine on Saturday, glued them together that night, let them sit Sunday, drove to work with them on Monday. It's pretty simple with the Mini H1s

The hotter the temp the less light output
4300k has the most output, 5000k loses a little bit and so own
