Yes, I just saw this and the 2008 Superty tailgate willwork on the 97-03 f150 and the 99-11 SuperDuty. This is my truck pictured with it done. All that is needed is the $8.00 left tailgate mount so the spring loaded assist will work. The tail lights don't need to be swapped out. To swap though requires new light sockets and a minor mod in the tail light cross bar inside the box.The rear bumper mounts off the 08 did not fit the 02 mount. I had to use the 02 bumper frame work and attach the 08 bumper shell to it. I went with complete 08 rear set up for the look and Also with the lift the Step in the Gate is a great help.
