100 MPH club

100mph speed limiter FTL!! Mine had that too. Now that's it's tuned I don't know where it will stop, haven't gotten it that fast. A tuner will really wake up your truck and help your transmission too

Running beyond the limiter isn't scary, it's the speed rating of load class E tires especially mud treads that worries me.

In my 98 I did 100 mph all the time and it had a 4.6. In my 01 screw I went over 100mph one time and now I won't go over 85 just cause I don't want her to end up like the 98. Now I do give her hell once a week as in give it full throttle and unleash the beast just for fun. But tbh I think I'm getting old early I do like the rumble of the exhaust but sometimes I like quiet but then I want it louder. It's like I need 3 trucks a f250 with a 460bb ( which I visited the day after Xmas) for a loud truck, my current truck for a little rumble, and another that's quiet maybe a Prius lol no.

one time headed up to bama i was in my dads old king ranch and passed 8 cars at once and the GPS said i hit 135. heavy trucks are glass at 100+mph. id set the speedo at 88 when i was on the interstate and sit back and chill. drove all the way from pensacola to lake okechobee goin 90
