thanks for all the compliments guys, I'm happy with how it came out. I plan on doing a bunch more stuff like it.
so did some interior cleaning and upgrades. Before: After: The black spots in the floor board are from where the red has worn off. I turned over 247,000 today on the way to the range after work, so I figure she's earned a couple wear spots. My brother put the bucket seats in it for me while I was building his bumper, that makes a tremendous difference. I need to sew up that spot before it gets any bigger though. And yes, for batman's benefit, I did change the parking brake pedal pad.
so I sewed up that spot on the seat on saturday, and today I got these and man are they awesome as map lights. Supercrewzn recommended them and I am super happy. I'll post some pics after a while when I go back out to the truck.
btw that dome light is out of an explorer, its a bolt in swap for a supercab or crewcab truck. Much better than the metal one they come with. here's one on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/1992-Explorer-Interior-Roof-Mounted-Dome-Lights-/170650114520?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A1992|Make%3AFord|Model%3AExplorer&vxp=mtr&hash=item27bb8a19d8
Got started on my console today The bars across are just temporary for for measuring purposes. Should have plenty of room in there though. Went to TSC to get some stuff, when I came out, my truck's baby brother parked in front of me.
