1992 F-250 4x4 Build Thread

    better picture of the u-bolt plate:

    The flange on the left side with the 2 studs is for a swaybar, which I won't be using. I had to order a plate for a 99-04 F-350 since the one for a 86-97 is no longer made. I will probably cut the flange off before I put it on the truck, just to make the install a little cleaner.

    got a little progress done on the fauxbra, the crushed fender is no more and I got a primered replacement on. (had it on there for a little while with the stock green paint, finally had to address that so I scuffed it really well and primed it) I need to order a new header panel and headlight/turn signals. Starting to seriously look at paint options now.

    2000rpm at 70mph, opposed to 2600. Should get better highway miles anyway. and I can probably hit 90 now, whereas before my mechanical top speed was 86. As far as paint I don't know exactly, but its gonna be red. I really like how the SAS leveled it out.
