Say the clutch on the AC isn't engaging?

Even at very low freon pressure the clutch will cycle quickly.

Haven't seen many times the low pressure switch go bad but it is possible.
Try jumping the contacts on the connector of the low pressure switch.

Is a Test meter showing power at the clutch
power lead ? If you are getting power there, clutch is bad
    or electrical connection needs repair.

You can run a 15 amp fused test jumper wire into the green wire
at the clutch to check clutch operation if you believe there is
a fault in the AC system wiring.

    Check the AC clutch relay.

I havnt tested the clutch other than it isnt magnatised when the AC is on ,the low pressure switch wires has no power to either side but the fuse does in the fuse block for the clutch . Does power go to the low pressure switch before the clutch or the clutch first ?

The low pressure switch is a continuity type switch.
It may be a grounding type latching switch with no power on it.

When the pressure switch engages, it completes the ground for the
    AC relay trigger's ground side.
The reason it has two black wires at the connection for the low
    pressure switch.

Try jumping the contacts on the connector side with a short piece of wire.
If the clutch comes on this will tell you the pressure switch is bad.
If not, keep looking at other electrical parts like the relay.

    How about the relay?

You can swap another out from some non essential location just
    for testing purposes.

With the 15 amp AC fuse out are you getting power there ?

Yes ,power at the fuse 15 amp blue. Changed the relay and the diode and still dead ,could the dash switch be bad?

Anything is possible at this point,
you have gone over nearly everything under hood.

Only thing not checked are continuity tests on the wiring themselves,
from clutch to relay and pressure switch to relay.
