    Have an oil change on a 3.7L Interceptor to do this evening.

    Well ,i am figuring a rodent may have done a job some where under the hood ,i just have to trace it out

    So I take it the fused jumper wire to AC clutch worked?

    Friend of mine bought a brand new 2000 Corvette.
    Mice had made it to the wring on top of his engine within
    6 months of ownership.

    I blamed it on the type of insulation being used having a
    plastic content that is part vegetable oil based, attracts
    those rodents to it in the winter when they have no other
    food sources.
    Bulk soybean oil was cheaper than petroleum oil for
    making plastic.

    Wiring manufacturers could see the writing on the wall with
    ever increasing oil costs on the horizon and not long after
    9/11 fuel costs soared. Diesel went to $3.75 a gallon here.
